We are a family of three new immigrants from China. In the gaps between searching for local job opportunities, we established the CoolCoolYa platform to share our experiences and skills living in New Zealand, aiming to help friends who are just as savvy as us in purchasing high-value daily necessities.

How does your platform work?

We will regularly share our main activities on the platform, including blogs about our market stalls and our personal experiences with overseas purchases of daily goods. This allows visitors to vicariously understand products that offer great value for money and practicality in everyday life (initially focusing mainly on children’s products). The platform will also document and teach the complete shopping, transaction, and logistics process. However, considering that fans may still face difficulties in product selection, language, and other aspects, we offer a paid lifetime membership plan. This provides live, timely assistance and guidance to ensure that those interested in our offerings don’t miss out on any great deals.

How much does it cost? Is there any fund risk?

Apart from the NZD 99 fee for lifetime membership, we impose no other charges. Even non-paying visitors can freely access all the content we share (self-learning this content can also guide you through the entire process from ordering to receiving your purchases). Thus, your funds are completely secure, as we neither handle nor wish to involve ourselves in anyone’s fund affairs.

What does the lifetime membership plan provide?

We anticipate that language barriers, and promotional mechanics (such as time-sensitivity and stock availability), among other factors, may prevent your shopping experience from reaching the level we share. Imagine having nearly replicated our “homework” 100%, only to find the final price significantly higher—a scenario neither of us wants. Therefore, after joining our membership plan, we offer a responsive consultation service to pinpoint the issue. Additionally, during key shopping seasons and for time-sensitive deals, we promptly share these in an exclusive group.

To be frank, we can’t specify when you’ll save your membership fee (since you have complete control over your buying actions), but we can assure you that you’ll always be at the forefront of low-price deals (as if you could purchase every Clearance item listed at Kmart, not just as a gimmick).
